Amazon supports agencies that assist new sellers.

This program provides comprehensive support to agencies such as consultants, ads firms, and tool providers that assist new sellers at Amazon.co.jp.

Additionally, agencies that meet certain criteria will be awarded the “Amazon Platinum Partner Agency
” and “Amazon Gold Partner Agency” badges.

Specifically, we assume companies such as consultants, ads firms, tools/service/logistics solution providers, OEM manufacturers, etc., but it is not limited to this.

Who is a new seller?

  • Sellers who are creating an Amazon.co.jp seller account for the first time or
  • Sellers who have created an account halfway through in the past but are now closed
  • Sellers who have other Amazon accounts, such as Amazon Vendor or Amazon Pay, but are creating an Amazon Seller account for the first time
  • Sellers who have launched new brands, etc.

How to join the program

Step 1

We regularly hold introduction webinars (free). Once you have submitted the application form for the webinar, we will send you a link to attend online.

Step 2

Participate in the webinar
There is also Q&A session that helps you deepen your understanding of the program.

Step 3

Apply for the program
We will send an application form for this program to companies that participated in the webinar. Then, all you have to do is to submit the form and sign an e-contract with a single click.
*Please kindly be aware that this webinar is for agencies, not sellers. Also, it will be held in Japanese only.

Does the program cost anything?
No, participating in this program is free.
Can sellers participate in this program?
No, agencies are eligible for this program, and sellers themselves are not. However, if the seller runs various business and is also supporting new sellers, they can participate as an agency.
I want to join the program, what should I do?
First, please attend the introduction webinar mentioned above. We are sending an application form to participate in the program to companies that have attended the webinar.
I have questions about the program, what should I do?
